Live Poker Channel puts you at a real felt table with a live dealer running the game — hands dealt on camera, betting rounds visible in real time, and your account balance updated after each round. Open the lobby and find the table under Live Casino to start.
Live Poker Channel is a live dealer poker format where a human dealer runs each hand from a studio table, streamed directly into your browser or mobile screen.
Each aspect of Live Poker Channel has a distinct mechanic that affects how you place bets and read results. Understanding the structure before you join a seat helps you follow the round without confusion.
From the Live Casino section, select Live Poker Channel to open the table view. Your account must have a cleared balance before the seat becomes active. The table shows open seats and current occupancy.
Each hand opens with a timer countdown during which you set your bet amount using the chip stack on screen. Once the timer closes, no further bet changes are accepted.
On a mobile browser, the Live Poker Channel table scales to a vertical layout. The dealer feed runs at the top, with betting controls stacked below it. Card values and pot totals stay readable at standard mobile screen sizes.
The rules for the poker variant running on the channel are available through the information icon inside the game window. This covers hand rankings, side bet rules if present, and payout structures for that specific format.
Live Poker Channel surfaces its rules, payout structure and betting limits directly inside the game window. This section covers what is visible to you during a session and where to find each type of published information — without inventing figures or mechanics that are specific to the provider's configuration.
RTP for Live Poker Channel is shown only where the game provider exposes it inside the game window. We do not publish a separate RTP figure for this table.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each hand are displayed on the table interface before you place a chip.
Live Poker Channel runs through a standard mobile or desktop browser without requiring a separate download. Log into your ace965 account, navigate to Live Casino in the main menu, and open the Live Poker Channel table. The stream and controls load within the browser window using your active session credentials.
Hand rankings, variant-specific rules and any side bet conditions are published within the in-information panel. This panel is accessible via the icon inside the game window before and during a session.
If you run into a question during a Live Poker Channel session — a disconnected stream, a bet that did not register, or a hand result you want clarified — there are published support routes available from you
Live chat is accessible from the Help section inside your signed-in account. Use it to report a disconnected stream mid-hand or a bet that did not register before the timer closed. The chat connects directly from your account session, so the team can reference your recent hand history.
The Help Centre in your account covers common Live Poker Channel queries — including what happens to a bet if your connection drops during a hand, how hand results are recorded and where to find your session history. Check the published articles there before opening a direct support request.
For detailed queries about a specific Live Poker Channel hand — such as a disputed result or a balance difference after a session — use the email contact route listed in the Help section of your account. Include your account reference and the approximate time of the session for a faster resolution.
The information we publish about Live Poker Channel covers what is visible and verifiable inside the game itself — betting limits, hand rules, variant format and session history in your account.

These definitions cover the poker and live dealer terms you will encounter in Live Poker Channel. Each entry is a plain-language explanation of what the term means in the context of this game format.
A community card is a face-up card dealt to the centre of the table that all seated players may use to complete their hand. Variants that use community cards deal them in stages across multiple betting rounds, with each stage affecting your decision to stay in the hand.
An ante is a mandatory bet placed by all seated players before any cards are dealt. It seeds the pot at the start of every hand. In Live Poker Channel, the ante amount is shown in the betting interface and must be confirmed before the deal timer closes.
A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main poker hand, paid out based on specific card combinations regardless of whether you win the main pot. Not all Live Poker Channel variants include side bets — check the in-information panel to see which options are active.
To fold is to discard your cards and withdraw from the current hand, forfeiting any chips already placed in the pot. You use the fold control visible on screen during your action window. Folding ends your participation in that hand but does not close your seat for the next deal.
Hand history is the record of each completed round stored in your account session log. It shows your bet amounts, the cards dealt where disclosed, the outcome and the resulting balance change. You access it through the account history panel after a session ends.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total bets a game returns to players over a large number of rounds.
